The invention discloses a pyrite slag cement piles and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method includes the steps of 1) mixing cement, sand, pyrite slag, perlite powder, silicon powder, rare earth oxides, lauryl sodium sulfate, triterpenoid saponin, polycarbonates and water to prepare concrete; 2) pouring the concrete into steel bar framework to form a cement pile green body; and 3) maintaining the cement pile green body to produce the pyrite slag cement pile. The method allows the pyrite slag to replace a part of sand to produce the cement piles which is excellent in mechanical performance, and meanwhile, the method is free of strict requirement on maintaining conditions.
