The invention discloses a steel slag cement piles and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method includes the steps of 1) mixing cement, sand, steel slag, medical stone powder, fly ash, rare earth oxides, sodium aminosulfonate, triterpenoid saponin, aluminum potassium sulfate and water to prepare concrete; 2) pouring the concrete into steel bar framework to form a cement pile green body; and 3) maintaining the cement pile green body to produce the steel slag cement pile. The method allows the steel slag to replace a part of sand to produce the cement piles which is excellent in mechanical performance, and meanwhile, the method is free of strict requirement on maintaining conditions.
