The invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering, and more specifically relates to a road surface structure suitable for heavy-duty traffic. The road surface structure is composed of, from the lower part to the upper part, a subgrade, a cement stabilized graded broken stone lower base layer, a cement stabilized graded broken stone upper base layer, a common reinforced cement concrete lower face plate, an asphaltic sand vibration insulation layer, and a diagonal reinforcement prestressed cement concrete upper face plate. It is confirmed by experiments that road surface bending deformation resistance is improved, driving comfortableness and road surface application quality of the road surface structure are improved; and the mechanical properties of the road surface structure is capable of satisfying technical requirements.
