The invention discloses a door lock structure of an automobile door. The door lock structure comprises a spring bolt mechanism arranged on the automobile door, a lock rod mechanism and an automatic locking mechanism. The spring bolt mechanism comprises a spring bolt and a spring bolt rotating shaft, wherein the spring bolt can be matched with or disengaged from a lock catch fixed to an automobile body frame. The lock rod mechanism comprises a lock rod and a lock rod mechanism rotating shaft. The lock rod comprises a driving part connected with the spring bolt through a spring inhaul cable, and a supporting part capable of being matched with or disengaged from the automatic locking mechanism. The automatic locking mechanism comprises a locking body. The locking body comprises an extending part capable of being matched with or disengaged from the supporting part of the lock rod and a rotation stopping part capable of being matched with or disengaged from the spring bolt. According to the door lock structure of the automobile door, an inward opening handle is omitted. The structure has the beneficial effects that the door can be opened as long as a user pushes the automobile door towards the exterior of an automobile when opening the door so that the inward opening handle structure can be omitted, and door plate matching structures are reduced.
