The invention discloses a nanometer ceramic bond diamond grinding wheel containing polyester fibers. In the preparation process of the grinding wheel, the raw materials of nanometer graphite powder, beta-eucryptite and the like and the nano-scale raw materials of silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide and the like are mixed and roasted, so that nanometer composite ceramic bond is obtained. The nanometer composite ceramic bond has higher strength and toughness and lower sintering temperature compared with common ceramic bond, is better in high-temperature wettability and low in heat expansion coefficient and has better adhesion and holding performance with abrasive materials after the polyester fibers are added. Metal and compound powder of the metal are added into the raw materials, so that the thermal conductivity and the high-temperature wettability of the grinding wheel are improved effectively, and the adhesive strength among the abrasive materials is improved. The prepared diamond grinding wheel is good in grinding performance and high in grinding accuracy and the grinding efficiency can be obviously improved.
