Method for modifying raw soil material by utilizing cereal lees
The invention relates to the fields of building materials and new environmentally-friendly and energy-saving materials, in particular to a method for modifying a raw soil material by utilizing cereal lees. The method include the following steps that 1, cereal lees are dried and grinded into powder, and the powder is screened; 2, the raw soil material, an inorganic gelling material and the cereal lees obtained in the step 1 are proportionally weighed and mixed evenly; 3, water and an admixture are weighed in certain proportion and are mixed evenly; 4, the mixed solution prepared through the step 3 is added into the mixed material prepared through the step 2, strong and even stirring is performed, and the mixture is fed into a vacuum pug mill and undergoes extrusion molding after pugging; 5, the raw soil material formed through extrusion in the step 4 is naturally dried and maintained for 28 days to obtain a finished product. The method can fully utilize the potential resource of the cereal lees, environmental pollution is reduced, and meanwhile various properties of the raw soil material are improved. In addition, raw material sources are wide, local materials can be used, and the production cost and transportation cost can be reduced.
