Method for modifying raw soil material by utilizing starch residue
The invention relates to the fields of building materials and environment-friendly energy-saving new materials, in particular to a method for modifying a raw soil material by utilizing a starch residue. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing raw soil and an inorganic cementing material according to a certain proportion, and uniformly mixing the weighed raw soil and inorganic cementing material to obtain a mixture; (2) drying the starch residue, grinding the dried starch residue into powder, weighing the powder according to a certain proportion, and adding water for boiling, so as to obtain a slurry; (3) weighing an admixture according to a certain proportion, and uniformly mixing the weighed admixture with the slurry obtained in step (2) to obtain a mixed liquid; (4) adding the mixed liquid obtained in step (3) into the mixture obtained in step (1) for powerful and uniform stirring, feeding the wet mixed material into a vacuum pug mill for pugging, and carrying out extrusion molding, wherein the mass of water accounts for 22-30% of the total solid mass; (5) naturally drying and curing the raw soil material molded through extrusion in step (4) for 28 days. The method is simple in preparation process; the modified raw soil material belongs to low-cost environment-friendly new building materials; the raw materials utilized in the preparation process are wide in source, so that the costs of the raw materials and transportation are greatly reduced.
