The invention provides a novel heat-insulation mortar wall, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. By the aid of the novel heat-insulation mortar wall, the problem of poor heat-insulation performance due to poor sealing of existing walls can be solved. The novel heat-insulation mortar wall comprises an internal wallboard, an external wallboard and building blocks. A first external wall and a second external wall are connected with each other by two connecting ribs to form each building block, a first grouting hole is formed by an internal board of each first external wall, an external board of the first external wall and end boards of the first external wall in an enclosed manner, the end boards of each first external wall are arranged at two ends of the first external wall, a second grouting hole is formed by an internal board of each second external wall, an external board of the second external wall and end boards of the second external wall in an enclosed manner, the end boards of each second external wall are arranged at two ends of the second external wall, a third grouting hole is formed by the internal board of each first external wall, the internal board of the corresponding second external wall and the two corresponding connecting ribs in an enclosed manner, the end surfaces of two ends of each connecting rib are flush with the top surfaces and the bottom surfaces of the internal board of the corresponding first external wall and the internal board of the corresponding second external wall and are lower than the top surface and the bottom surface of the external board of the first external wall, and heat-insulation mortar is poured in the first grouting holes, the second grouting holes and the third grouting holes. The novel heat-insulation mortar wall has the advantages that the heat-insulation mortar runs through the first grouting holes, the second grouting holes and the third grouting holes, accordingly, the first grouting holes, the second grouting holes and the third grouting holes can be constantly connected with one another, and the novel heat-insulation mortar wall is excellent in heat-insulation performance.
