The invention discloses thermal-insulation alkali-resistant wall cement mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, latex powder, polyacrylonitrile fibers, peroxydiphosphate anda thermal-insulation material. Sand with a high heat conductivity coefficient is replaced by the thermal insulation material ceramsite, and the ceramsite with a low heat conductivity coefficient is used as the thermal insulation material, so that the thermal insulation performance of the wall body is improved. The ceramsite is coated, and the weight of the coated ceramsite is increased, so that the problems that the ceramsite easily floats upwards in the stirring process and is easily layered with slurry are solved, the construction effect of the ceramsite is improved, and the thermal insulation property is further improved.
本发明公开了一种隔热耐碱的墙面水泥砂浆,由以下原料组成:水泥、乳胶粉、聚丙烯腈纤维、过氧二磷酸盐和保温隔热材料。本发明将保温隔热材料陶粒代替导热系数较高的沙子,用导热系数较低的陶粒作为保温隔热材料,从而提高墙体的保温性能。对陶粒进行包覆,包覆后的陶粒重量增加,从而解决了搅拌过程中很容易上浮,易与浆体形成分层的问题,改善了其施工效果以及进一步提升了保温性能。
