The invention provides prestressed reinforcement with anchor gaskets. The prestressed reinforcement comprises a reinforcement body, wherein external threads are arranged at the two ends of the reinforcement body; one end or two ends of the reinforcement body are sleeved by anchor gaskets; matched internal threads are arranged on the anchor gaskets; the reinforcement is plain reinforcement, spiral rib reinforcement or indented reinforcement. The prestressed reinforcement has the beneficial effects that as the technical scheme is adopted, the cross sectional area of the reinforcement can be increased, the prestressed transmission length can be reduced, the adhesion force with concrete can be increased, the rebounding stress of the prestressed reinforcement can be effectively inhibited and the durability of concrete products can be improved.
