The invention relates to a factory tool, in particular to a factory equipment installing frame capable of being conveniently moved and placed. A device is provided with wheels, so that the moving is convenient; when the device moves to a specified position, the wheels are contracted and contained, and the device can be stably placed through the placement of a bottom frame; the device is provided with a liquid crystal display screen, so that the time can be displayed; the loudspeaker time telling time can be set; and the automatic setting can be realized according to requirements of users. The bottom frame is connected with a bottom plate; and hydraulic cylinders, connecting elements, universal wheel support frames and universal wheels are arranged inside the bottom frame. A control box is arranged on the bottom plate and is positioned at the bottom end of the bottom plate; and an electromagnetic valve, a control chip and a battery are arranged inside the control box.
