The invention relates to a tool for a construction site, in particular to a support frame capable of being conveniently moved and placed for a construction site. The device is provided with wheels, so that the moving is convenient; when the device is moved to a specified position, the wheels are contracted and contained, so that the device can be conveniently placed; and the height of the device can be automatically regulated according to requirements. Hydraulic cylinders, connecting elements, universal wheel support frames and universal wheels are arranged inside a bottom frame; the upper end of each hydraulic cylinder is connected with the bottom frame; the lower end of each hydraulic cylinder is connected with the corresponding connecting element; the upper end of each universal wheel support frame is connected with the corresponding connecting element; and the lower end of each universal wheel support frame is connected with the corresponding universal wheel. An electromagnetic valve, a control chip and a battery are arranged inside the bottom frame. A bottom plate is connected with the bottom frame, and a control panel is arranged on the bottom plate. The lower end of a lower support frame is connected with the bottom plate; the upper end of the lower support frame is connected with a height regulating sleeve; the lower end of an upper support frame is connected with the height regulating sleeve; the upper end of the upper support frame is connected with a flat plate; and hooks are arranged on the upper support frame.
