The invention relates to the technical field of house decoration, in particular to an improved threshold component. The improved threshold component comprises a threshold, an extension block and a sealing strip, wherein a hold-down groove is formed in one side, connected with the threshold, of the extension block, and the lower surface of the other side is provided with a clamping hook; the lower surface of the threshold is provided with a groove; the side of connected with the extension block, of the threshold is arranged in the hold-down groove; a right side surface of the threshold is provided with a strip of slot; one side of the sealing strip is arranged in the slot, and the other side is exposed out of the slot and is located above the extension block; a strip of fixed strip is arranged at one side, clamped into the slot, of the sealing strip; one end of the fixed strip is sunk into the interior of the sealing strip, the other end is exposed out of the sealing strip, and the exposed end of the fixed strip is provided with a plurality of fixed plates. The invention provides the improved threshold component simple in structure, convenient to install, sturdy and durable.
