The evaluating method includes the following steps that component basic information and actual measurement performance data of cement clinker are obtained, theoretical performance data of the cement clinker are obtained by using a cement hydration model according to the obtained component basic information, and the error coefficient between the theoretical performance data and the actual measurement performance data of the cement clinker is determined; component basic information of cement clinker to be detected is obtained; according to the component basic information of the cement clinker to be detected, theoretical performance data of the cement clinker to be detected are obtained through the cement hydration model, and the theoretical performance data of the cement clinker to be detected are modified to obtain performance evaluating data of the cement clinker to be detected. The cement clinker performance can be evaluated fast at high accuracy.
