Method used for preparing artware from tailing sand
The invention discloses a method used for preparing artware from tailing sand. The method comprises following steps: (1) ordinary Portland cement is taken as a coagulant, 30 to 40% of cement and the like are added for uniform mixing, a large paint sprayer is driven by an air pump to spray mixed paint onto moulds used for preparing artware, and demoulding is carried out after consolidation forming and achieving of certain strength; (2) the processes moulds are distributed on a workbench successively, are coated with a colorful slurry, and then are coated with a colourless slurry of ordinary cement; (3) a large diameter sprayer used for external wall spraying is used for spraying slurry into mould grooves, wherein the distance from the large diameter sprayer to the moulds is controlled to be 20cm, an iron net is placed onto the moulds, and a reinforcing layer is sprayed after compaction; and (4) after appropriate curing and drying, demoulding is carried out quickly at an appropriate time. The method is capable of saving a large amount of building sand, realizing comprehensive utilization of tailing sand, and changing tailing sand which is harmful to the environment into garden and park building materials.
