The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a purple sand painting artware, which comprises the following steps of: taking a piece of purple sand mud, and knocking the purple sand mud into a mud strip by using a mud lug; manufacturing a sand painting on a platform by using sand grains; covering the sand painting with the mud strip completely and flatly, and enabling the back face of the mud strip to face upwards, the face covering the sand painting being the front face of the mud strip, and the other face being the back face of the mud strip; knocking the back face of the mud strip to embed the sand painting into the mud strip; pushing and pulling the back face of the mud strip by using a bamboo stick ruler; turning over the mud strip, enabling the front face of the mud strip to face upwards, and horizontally pushing and pulling the front face of the mud strip by using a metal bitterling knife; cutting off the redundant mud strip to form a purple sand mud block, and making a green body from the purple sand mud block; and firing and molding the green body. The sand painting can be stored for a long time and can be used as a decoration of a purple sand product, and the purple sand product is presented as a bearing object of the sand painting.
