The organic corrosion and rust inhibitor can inhibit corrosion of chlorine salt to reinforcing steel bars, and meanwhile corrosion damage of sulfate to concrete can be inhibited. No solvent is used in the whole production process, the technology is environmentally friendly, no three-waste is discharged, and the prepared organic corrosion and rust inhibitor has the advantages of being efficient, environmentally friendly and the like.
