The diatomite, the diatomite supported TiO2 nanomaterials and modified nano-TiO2 are put in a high-speed pulverizer, the high-speed pulverizer is sealed, the mixture is sheared for 30-60 seconds at the rotating speed of 8,000-15,000 r/min, and a main material is discharged; the glass beads, fumed silica, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the inorganic aluminum salt water-proofing agent, aluminum-magnesium silicate, the titanium negative ion powder and the water are sequentially added to the main material and stirred for 5-8 minutes, and the efficient and clean coating can be obtained.
