The invention discloses a preparation method of a tundish lining protective coating for clean steel smelting. Belongs to the field of refractory material application. The protective layer is prepared from magnesium yttrium stabilized zirconia with different size fractions, a sintering aid, a stabilizer and a binding agent into slurry with proper viscosity, the slurry is sprayed or smeared on the surface of the tundish working lining to form a thin layer with the thickness of 2-5mm, and the protective layer with proper performance can be formed after online baking. The protective layer prepared in the mode can effectively isolate the working lining dry material from being in direct contact with molten steel in the initial use process, and inclusion in the molten steel formed by stripping of the working lining dry material is avoided; meanwhile, the hydrogen increasing/recarburization effect of the resin dry material on the molten steel is reduced, and the cleanliness of the molten steel is improved; and meanwhile, the protective layer improves the molten steel non-wetting resistance of the refractory material, inclusions are not easy to form into molten steel, and the quality of clean steel is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种满足洁净钢冶炼用中间包衬料防护涂层的制备方法;属于耐火材料应用领域;所述防护层由不同粒级的镁钇稳定氧化锆、助烧剂、稳定剂和结合剂制备成合适粘度的浆料,喷涂或涂抹在中间包工作衬表面形成2‑5mm厚的薄层,待线上烘烤后可形成性能适宜的防护层。通过该种方式制得的防护层可有效隔离工作衬干式料初始使用时和钢水的直接接触,避免自身剥落形成的钢液中夹杂物;同时减少树脂干式料对钢液增氢/增碳效应,提高了钢液的洁净度;同时该防护层提高了耐火材料抗钢液的非润湿性能,不容易向钢液中形成夹杂物,保障了洁净钢的品质。
