The invention discloses a compression-resistance fireproof board and a preparation method thereof. The compression-resistance fireproof board consists of the following ingredients according to a weight ratio: 15 to 18 parts of potassium silicate, 14 to 16 parts of chlorinated paraffin-52, 4 to 5 parts of polystyrene, 2 to 3 parts of aluminium borate, 3 to 5 parts of calcium carbonate, 13 to 15 parts of chlorinated rubber, 11 to 13 parts of asbestos tile and 26 to 30 parts of DER736 epoxy resin. All the ingredients are firstly ground and are then uniformly mixed; after uniform mixing, the mixture is subjected to integral forming by a board forming machine. The formed compression-resistance fireproof board has excellent compression resistance and fireproof performance. Compression-resistance intensity is 4.6 to 5.7Mpa and the flame retardant rating is A1 class.
