According to the physical and chemical properties of the sewer sludge, the shale, the muck, the slag and other raw materials are adopted for plasticity index regulation and control, then aging, brick making and forming, drying and tunnel kiln roasting are sequentially conducted, and the sewer sludge sintered brick is obtained. According to the method, the problem of secondary pollution caused by stacking treatment of the sewer sludge is fundamentally solved, inorganic mineralized substances inthe sewer sludge can be further utilized, finally, resource utilization is achieved, and certain environmental protection benefits, social benefits and economic benefits are achieved.
