Air isolating pollution discharge device
The invention discloses an air isolating pollution discharge device, which comprises a water tank, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe passes through a water inlet hole to extend into the water tank; the water outlet pipe passes through a water outlet hole to extend into the water tank; a water seal is arranged at a water outlet pipe water inlet of the water outlet pipe in a covering way; a water outlet pipe water outlet of the water outlet pipe is communicated with an external water discharge system; the top of the water tank is communicated with a hollow conduit; the bottom of the hollow conduit is provided with a support net; the top of the hollow conduit is communicated with a cylindrical heat radiation device; the inner diameter of the cylindrical heat radiation device is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow conduit; an elastic floating ball is put in the hollow conduit; the diameter of the elastic floating ball is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow conduit but is greater than the inner diameter of the cylindrical heat radiation device; and the elastic floating ball is positioned above the support net. The air isolating pollution discharge device has the advantages that waste water in the water tank is prevented from reversely flowing into production equipment; and the temperature lowering cost is reduced.

The invention discloses an air isolating pollution discharge device, which comprises a water tank, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe passes through a water inlet hole to extend into the water tank; the water outlet pipe passes through a water outlet hole to extend into the water tank; a water seal is arranged at a water outlet pipe water inlet of the water outlet pipe in a covering way; a water outlet pipe water outlet of the water outlet pipe is communicated with an external water discharge system; the top of the water tank is communicated with a hollow conduit; the bottom of the hollow conduit is provided with a support net; the top of the hollow conduit is communicated with a cylindrical heat radiation device; the inner diameter of the cylindrical heat radiation device is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow conduit; an elastic floating ball is put in the hollow conduit; the diameter of the elastic floating ball is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow conduit but is greater than the inner diameter of the cylindrical heat radiation device; and the elastic floating ball is positioned above the support net. The air isolating pollution discharge device has the advantages that waste water in the water tank is prevented from reversely flowing into production equipment; and the temperature lowering cost is reduced.
