Method for preparing gradient porous cordierite ceramic
The invention discloses a method for preparing gradient porous cordierite ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing the following components in parts by mass: 7-28 parts of a magnesium compound, 17-24 parts of an aluminum compound, 17-50 parts of coal gangue and 23-42 parts of biomass powder, further adding an additive, uniformly mixing, adding 5wt% of a polyvinyl alcohol solution, grinding and pelleting, and screening, thereby obtaining a mixed material; 2) repeating the first step for different types of biomass powder, thereby obtaining mixed materials consisting of different types of biomass powder; (3) sequentially filling the mixed materials into a mold in different layers, performing jump vibration, molding and shaping, thereby obtaining a mixed blank; and 4) sintering the mixed blank in a high temperature furnace, and performing furnace cooling, thereby obtaining the gradient porous cordierite ceramic.
