Steel pipe damping rubber connection beam
The invention relates to a steel pipe damping rubber connection beam which is simple in structure and convenient to operate. An outer casing pipe is filled with a high-damping rubber layer. Concrete sealing layers are arranged at the two ends of the high-damping rubber layer. A longitudinal reinforcement device is arranged in the high-damping rubber layer. Transverse reinforcement devices are arranged in the concrete sealing layers. According to the product, a steel pipe serves as an external component, the two ends of the steel pipe are filled with concrete, the middle of the steel pipe is filled with high-damping rubber, and therefore the connection beam can be an energy consumption type component with the rigidity of the two ends strong and the rigidity of the middle weak, and under the actions of earthquakes, the middle sections can easily enter the energy consumption state through the shear deformation of the two ends of the connection beam, structure damping is increased, and the safety performance of the body structure is improved. The two ends of the steel pipe are filled with concrete, reinforcing steel bars are embedded in the steel pipe, and therefore reliable cast-in-situ connection can be conveniently conducted on the steel pipe damping rubber connection beam and a corresponding end shear wall coupling wall limb, stiffening ribs are welded and added to the inner side of the middle of the steel pipe, and the steel pipe is filled with high-damping rubber materials so that the local stability of the steel pipe damping rubber connection beam can be improved.
