Continuous spiral grouting sleeve
The invention discloses a continuous spiral grouting sleeve. A continuous spiral seamless steel pipe is manufactured, and a continuous spiral shear groove is formed; a steel pipe of a certain length is cut according to the engineering practice requirements, a grouting hole and a slurry outlet hole are formed in the positions of the same side of the two ends of the cut steel pipe respectively, a plurality of small pits are knocked at the tap joint position of the steel bar ends in the grouting sleeve, and a positioning disc is screwed in from one end to position the steel bar ends. The positioning disc is formed by pressing metal or plastics, an outer ring is provide with a groove matched with a shear groove boss inside the sleeve, and the front and the reverse side of the groove are provided with two non-through notches respectively so that a tool can be used to screw in the positioning disc. The continuous spiral grouting sleeve is simple in manufacturing process and low in cost, the continuous spiral shear groove can be matched with a rib on the surface of a steel bar, and the continuous spiral grouting sleeve is reliable in performance and can be widely applied to an assembly type concrete structure and have wide engineering application prospects.
