The invention discloses a combined grouting sleeve, which comprises a first grouting sleeve and a plurality of second grouting sleeves, wherein the second grouting sleeves are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the first grouting sleeve; a grouting cavity is formed in each of the first grouting sleeve and the second grouting sleeves; the lower part of each grouting cavity is a sleeve lower opening connected with a first steel bar; the upper part of each grouting cavity is a sleeve upper opening in which a second steel bar is inserted; a grouting opening and a first slurry outlet are formed in the first grouting sleeve; only a second slurry outlet is formed in each of the second grouting sleeves; a communication region is arranged on the periphery of the sleeve lower openings of the first grouting sleeve and the second grouting sleeves; and a plug is arranged around the communication region. The combined grouting sleeve has the advantages that the construction speed is accelerated; in addition, little slurry is leaked; the plugging is in time; all grouting regions are fully injected in one step; the grouting fullness is ensured; the construction quality is improved; and the combined grouting sleeve is worthy of being popularized.
