The invention discloses a metal roof expansion joint node with a complicated structural layer. The metal roof expansion joint node comprises left and right metal roofs, wherein a connection device is arranged between the left and right metal roofs; rectangular pipes are arranged at the two ends of the connection device; a glass fiber heat-preservation layers are arranged above the rectangular pipes; a roof gutter is formed between the two glass fiber heat-preservation layers; a roof gutter fastening piece is arranged on the surface of the roof gutter; and a roof gutter protection structure is arranged above the roof gutter. According to the metal roof expansion joint node with the complicated structural layer, provided by the invention, the connection device is arranged between the left and right metal roofs and the roof gutter fastening piece is arranged on the surface of the roof gutter, so that a reserved joint between main body structures, caused by temperature change, can be effectively subjected to expansion adjustment; and meanwhile, a heat-preservation and waterproof effect of a previous structural layer of the roof also can be kept.
