The invention discloses a wind resistance outdoor shutter blind system. The wind resistance outdoor shutter blind system is characterized in that blades and a motor arranged above the blade are included, transmission shafts are connected to the two ends of the motor and provided with a plurality of rope winders, lifting belts and singe-edge stair ropes are tied on the rope winders, the upper ends of the lifting belts are tied to the rope winders, the lifting belts penetrate through lifting belt holes formed in the blades from top to bottom in sequence, the lower ends of the lifting belts are fixed to a bottom track arranged at the bottom ends of the blades, the upper ends of the singe-edge stair ropes are fixed to the rope winders, and the singe-edge stair ropes are sequentially fixed to steel hooks on the two sides of the blades from top to bottom. By means of the wind resistance outdoor shutter blind system, friction at the lifting belts and notches of the blades is effectively avoided, the blades can overturn at a larger angle, and thus the blades can be closed more tightly. The steel hooks are fixed to the two sides of the blades and used for fixing the singe-edge stair ropes, rigid connection is achieved, and thus the blades can be connected more reliably and firmer through the singe-edge stair ropes.
