Diatom composite fiber plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a diatom composite fiber plate and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of decorative plates. The diatom composite fiber plate is prepared from thefollowing raw materials: diatomite, zeolite, jade powder, gray calcium, polyethylene and wood fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing: weighing the raw materials in parts by weight, putting the raw materials into a mixer, and conducting uniform mixing to obtain a mixture; 2) granulation: fusing and extruding the mixture in a screw extruder to obtain granules, whereinthe fusion temperature is 60-70 DEG C, and the fusion time is 15-20 min; 3) pressing: pressing and molding the granules in a pressing machine to obtain a plate; and 4) cooling: cooling and curing theplate. The composite mineral plate obtained by the invention is beautiful and decorative, green and environment-friendly, free of heavy metal substances, zero in mildew-proof grade, fireproof and flame-retardant, and can well meet the requirements of modern people on environment-friendly decoration, and the content of free formaldehyde in the composite mineral board is less than 0.005 mg/kg.
