Concrete surface reinforcing sealant and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses concrete surface reinforcing sealant. The sealant is prepared from, by weight, 15-20 parts of magnesium fluosilicate, 5-8 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 10-15 parts of polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, 3-5 parts of alums and 52-67 parts of water, wherein all the components sum up to 100 parts. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a preparation method of the concrete surface reinforcing sealant. The surface reinforcing sealant has the advantages that the sealant can react with cement and bond with a base body tightly, a surface layer which is compact and high in strength and hardness is formed on the surface of concrete, carbonization resistance, erosion resistance and crack resistance of the concrete are substantially improved, the density, strength and hardness of the surface layer concrete are enhanced, meanwhile, the great permeation effect and good filling and densification effects are achieved.
