The invention provides a balcony guardrail which comprises a face pipe, cross rods, vertical rods and upright rods, wherein two ends of the face pipe are fixed to walls, one end of each upright rod is fixed to the balcony ground, the other end of each upright rod is connected with the face pipe, the cross rods are both parallel to the face pipe, are both fixed among the upright rods and include the upper cross rod and the lower cross rod, and the vertical rods are fixed between the upper cross rod and the lower cross rod. The balcony guardrail is convenient and quick to install, does not need welding and is simple in installing and using process, simple in structure, reasonable in design, accurate in positioning, lower in procurement cost and easy to popularize in a large-scale mode.
