The invention relates to a balcony guardrail, in particular to a balcony guardrail with protective measures. The technical problem to be solved is to provide the balcony guardrail with the protectivemeasures which has the functions of alarming and remedying. According to the technical scheme, the balcony guardrail with the protective measures comprises a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, a supporting rod, a gravity sensor, a protection mechanism and the like; the first supporting plate is vertically placed; the second supporting plate is fixedly installed at one end of the first supporting plate; the supporting rod is fixedly installed on the side, close to the first supporting plate, of the second supporting plate; and the gravity sensor is fixedly installed on the side,away from the supporting rod, of the second supporting plate. An ultrasonic sensor is arranged, when a body part is too close to the guardrail or exposed out of the guardrail, an electric signal canbe transmitted to a loudspeaker, timely reminding is provided, and meanwhile the electric signal is transmitted to the protection mechanism.
