Curved plate-type carbon fiber plate anchor device tensioning system
The invention discloses a curved plate-type carbon fiber plate anchor device tensioning system. The system comprises a tensioning block, an anchor block and an ejection block which are sequentially arranged from front to rear at intervals in parallel. An anchor device is arranged between the tensioning block and the anchor block, and the front end of the anchor device makes contact with the rear end of the tensioning block. Tensioning rods are arranged on the left side and the right side of the anchor device, and sequentially penetrate through the tensioning block and the anchor block, and the two ends of each tensioning rod are locked through lock nuts. A jack is arranged between the anchor block and the ejection block. Extension bars are arranged on the left side and the right side of the jack, one ends of the extension bars are connected with the tensioning rods through extension nuts, and the other ends of the extension bars penetrate through the ejection block and then are locked through lock nuts. The tensioning system of the structure is convenient to disassemble, a carbon fiber plate can be reliably anchored and can be prevented from being cut off in the anchoring process, the homogeneity of tensile force is guaranteed when the carbon fiber plate is tensioned, and uneven stress distribution of the carbon fiber plate can be avoided.
