The invention relates to a prestressed carbon fiber plate tensioning apparatus which comprises two clamping devices and two tensioning devices. Each clamping device comprises an upper press plate, a lower press plate, an upper clamping piece, a lower clamping piece, rotating parts and connecting pieces, wherein one end of the upper press plate is connected with one end of the lower press plate through the rotating parts respectively, the other end of the upper press plate is connected with the other end of the lower press plate through the connecting pieces respectively, and the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece are respectively and sequentially arranged between the upper press plate and the lower press plate. The two clamping devices are arranged oppositely, and the two tensioning devices are arranged between the two clamping devices, the connecting pieces of the two clamping devices are respectively close to the tensioning devices, and the two clamping devices and the two tensioning devices are respectively and fixedly arranged on the structural basal plane of the tensioning apparatus for a prestressed carbon fiber plate to be arranged. The prestressed carbon fiber plate tensioning apparatus has the advantages of being good in clamping effect, convenient to install, convenient and fast to operate and economical.
