The invention discloses an erection method of a large-span truss structure in limited space, comprising specific steps: 1), setting an embedded support at an erection site of the large-span truss structure; 2), assembling a support platform in the limited space, assembling a truss segmentally manufactured on the support platform; 3), selecting two hoists and wire ropes with reasonable parameters, and selecting reasonable hoist points on the large-span truss; 4), horizontally hoisting the spatial large-span truss for 1 m, stoping hoisting for 10 min, and observing its stability; 5), turning the horizontally placed large-span truss by 90 degrees with the hoists, a chain block and the wire ropes so that the truss is perpendicular to the assembled support platform; 6), hoisting the large-span truss to the installation site, and erecting the embedded support. The problem that large hoisting equipment cannot access the limited space and freely walk therein can be solved, construction period is shortened, construction cost is lowered, and good economic benefit is achieved.
