Basalt fiber enhanced nano-vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a basalt fiber enhanced nano-vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel. In the preparation process of the grinding wheel, raw materials of nano graphite powder, beta-eucryptite and the like and nano-scale raw materials of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and the like are mixed and roasted firstly to prepare a nano-scale composite nano-vitrified bond. The nano-scale composite nano-vitrified bond has higher intensity and toughness, lower roasting temperature, better high-temperature wettability and a lower thermal expansion coefficient compared with conventional vitrified bonds, and added nano-hydroxyapatite can further improve the maneuverability of the bond and abrasive materials. In addition, added basalt fibers have the remarkable effects of enhancing the intensity and toughness, resisting cracking, being resistant to temperature and the like. The prepared diamond grinding wheel is good in grinding performance, high in workpiece grinding precision and higher in grinding efficiency.
