The invention discloses a carbon nanofiber enhanced nano-vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel. In the preparation process of the grinding wheel, raw materials of nano graphite powder, beta-eucryptite and the like and nano-scale raw materials of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and the like are mixed and roasted firstly to prepare a nano-scale composite nano-vitrified bond. The nano-scale composite nano-vitrified bond has higher intensity and toughness, lower roasting temperature, better high-temperature wettability, a lower thermal expansion coefficient and good maneuverability for abrasive materials compared with conventional vitrified bonds. Carbon nanofibers added into the raw materials have the remarkable effects of enhancing the intensity and toughness, reducing the thermal expansion coefficient, improving the machining precision and the like. The prepared diamond grinding wheel is good in grinding performance, high in workpiece grinding precision and higher in grinding efficiency.
