Porous SiCN/SiC composite ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a porous SiCN/SiC composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes uniformly mixing silica fume 25-75 wt%, carborundum powder 12-69 wt%, sintering additive 3-8 wt%, and binding agent 3-5 wt%; adding Fs60 0.1-2 wt% and composite foaming agent 5-30 wt%, stirring the mixture uniformly to prepare a ceramic foam slurry; performing molding and drying to prepare a biscuit, heating the biscuit to 1300-1410 DEG C by the heating rate of 1-14 DEG C/min in the presence of nitrogen atmosphere, maintaining the temperature for 1-3 hours, heating the biscuit to 1600-1800 DEG C by the same heating rate, and maintaining the temperature for 3-8 hours to prepare the porous SiCN/SiC composite ceramic material. The granularity of the silica fume is 0.1-150 [mu]m, and the granularity of the carborundum powder is 0.1-150 [mu]m. The preparation method has simple technology and low cost, and the product has the advantages of hierarchical porous structure, high porosity, good wave absorption property, good high temperature resistance, high intensity, good thermal shock resistance and good creep resistance.
