The invention discloses a vibratory road roller and an amplitude modulation device thereof. The amplitude modulation device comprises an installation shaft, and a fixed eccentric block arranged on the installation shaft, and also includes a movable eccentric block and a limit component. The movable eccentric block is rotatably arranged on the installation shaft; the limit component and the installation shaft are fixedly connected; the movable eccentric block comprises a first limit site and a second limit site; when the installation shaft is rotating clockwise, the first limit site rotates to fit with the limit component; when the installation shaft is rotating anticlockwise, limit component rotates to fit with the second limit site; and the eccentricity of the movable eccentric block is greater than that of the fixed eccentric block. The amplitude modulation device provided by the invention can reduce the wear of rollway surface of the bearing inner race and prolong the service life of the bearing.
