Bridge overall transversely-moving beam replacing system and method
The invention discloses a bridge overall transversely-moving beam replacing system and method. A row of steel pipe piles and a row of first temporary bridge piers are inserted and hit into a transverse-bridge-direction axis of a pier of an existing bridge, and a transverse slideway of the existing bridge is installed; a row of steel pipe piles and a row of second temporary bridge piers are inserted and hit into a transverse-bridge-direction axis of a new pier, and a transverse slideway of the new bridge is installed; and an upper structure of the existing bridge and an upper structure of the new bridge are connected into a whole through connecting components, and a jack is arranged at the outer end of the transverse slideway of the new bridge. Under the line operation condition, the structure of the new bridge is completely constructed, and then the upper structure of the existing bridge and the upper structure of the new bridge are connected into a whole; in the operation line short closed time section, the upper structure of the existing bridge is moved out of the bridge position while the upper structure of the new bridge is transversely moved to the design bridge position; and the new bridge can be rapidly replaced under the condition that the traffic is broken off in a short period.
