The invention discloses a multi-multiplying-power lifting mechanism of a mechanical decontamination slusher. The multi-multiplying-power lifting mechanism is used for decontamination work of dirty blocking railings of a water inlet of a water turbine of a power station or a water guide opening of a pump station; and the multi-multiplying-power lifting mechanism comprises a hoist steel wire rope (6), a slusher opening steel wire rope (5), a multi-multiplying-power lifting tool (8) of the hoist steel wire rope (6), a multi-multiplying-power lifting tool (7) of the slusher opening steel wire rope (5), a winding drum device (2) for winding the hoist steel wire rope (6) and the slusher opening steel wire rope (5) at the same time, a driving mechanism (1) of the winding drum device (2) and a rack (3) of the lifting mechanism. Compared with the prior art, a steel wire rope winding and unwinding device (4) for opening and closing the slusher is further arranged at the tail end of the slusher opening steel wire rope (5), and the problem that the volume of the lifting mechanism is obviously increased due to increase of the slusher volume and the dead load of the mechanical decontamination slusher is solved; meanwhile, an opening and closing mechanism is simplified, so that the overall decontamination device is simpler and more compact; and the reliability of the device is improved, and the overall investment of the device is reduced.
