The invention discloses a method for wrapping a concrete caisson with abrasion resisting metal materials. According to the method, an outer formwork made of concrete is utilized as a supporting structure, studs and nuts serve as fixing and anchoring components, and surface wrapping for a large-area plane concrete structure is achieved. Compared with other external wrapping technologies, formed concrete structures do not need to be perforated, and damage to the concrete structures in the external wrapping process is avoided.
