The invention disclose novel lifting and transverse moving parking equipment which comprises a garage frame, at least one unloading vehicle plate, at least two loading vehicle plates and a power system. The garage frame is provided with a transverse moving track and a lifting sliding block. The unloading vehicle plate is installed on the transverse moving track. One end of the loading vehicle plate is installed on the lifting sliding block on the garage frame, and the other end of the loading vehicle plate is connected with the power system. After the loading vehicle plate rises to the place, an included angle is set between the loading vehicle plate and the horizontal plane. The loading vehicle plate is parallel to the horizontal plane after declining to the place. By arranging the transverse moving track at the bottom of the parking equipment, the unloading vehicle plate can move as needed, so that lifting movement of the loading vehicle plate is not affected. By controlling the moving speed difference of the two ends of the loading vehicle plate, the certain included angle can be formed between the loading vehicle plate and the horizontal plane after the loading vehicle rises to the place, and the upper-layer space is saved to the maximum degree.
