The invention relates to high-stability lifting and transverse moving parking equipment. The equipment comprises a bottom plate; a first supporting plate is arranged at one end of the top face of the bottom plate; a cooling mechanism is arranged at one end of the top face of the first supporting plate; a second supporting plate is arranged above the first supporting plate; a protection mechanism is arranged at one end of the top face of the second supporting plate; and two sliding rails and a rack are fixedly connected to the top face of the bottom plate. An electric push rod extends, a rotating rod rotates, and one end of the rotating rod is clamped with the top of a second supporting frame, so that the rotating rod plays a role in protecting an automobile, and the automobile is prevented from sliding down to cause damage of pedestrians or the automobile; four hydraulic push rods extend, the second supporting plate is lifted, and the automobile parked on the second supporting plate is lifted, so that parking of the first supporting plate is facilitated; and the automobile on the second supporting plate is protected through guardrails, so that the risk that the automobile falls off is reduced.
