Method for treating sulfate-process titanium dioxide water-washing wastewater
The invention discloses a method for treating sulfate-process titanium dioxide water-washing wastewater, wherein the method comprises the steps: adding calcium carbonate into the wastewater under thecondition of proper stirring, and preparing a commercially applicable gypsum product, iron hydroxide solid and clarified filtrate containing a large amount of sulfate radicals by adopting a pH gradient control and solid-liquid separation method; then adding a proper amount of calcium chloride solution into the clarified filtrate, carrying out precipitation reaction, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a filler-grade gypsum product with excellent performance and filtrate containing industrial salt; evaporating, crystallizing and separating the salt-containing filtrate to obtain asodium chloride product and clear water with qualified indexes. Most of clear water returns to a production system to be recycled, and little clear water is discharged to the outside. The method is simple, zero emission of red gypsum is effectively reduced or realized, the content of sulfate in discharged water is reduced, generated solid substances can be effectively utilized, most of water is recycled, the production cost of enterprises is greatly reduced, and the comprehensive utilization and clean production mode of circular economic resources is fully embodied.
本发明公开了一种硫酸法钛白水洗废水的处理方法,在适当搅拌的情况下向废水中加入碳酸钙,采用pH梯度控制及固液分离的方法制备可商业化应用的石膏产品和氢氧化铁固体及含有大量硫酸根的澄清滤液。紧接着向澄清滤液中加入适量的氯化钙溶液进行沉淀反应,固液分离后得到性能优异的填料级石膏产品和含有工业盐的滤液。含盐滤液通过蒸发、结晶、分离后得到氯化钠产品和指标合格清水。绝大部分的清水回到生产系统中循环利用,极少外排。本发明简单、有效减少或实现红石膏零排放,降低外排水中的硫酸盐含量,产生的固体物质均能得到有效的利用,绝大部分的水重复循环利用,极大地降低企业的生产成本,充分体现循环经济资源综合利用、清洁生产模式。
