The invention relates to a waste-free treatment method for titanium dioxide wastewater, which comprises the following steps: 1) neutralizing the titanium dioxide wastewater for the first time until the pH value is 2.0-3.0, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain white gypsum and primary filtrate; 2) neutralizing the primary filtrate for the second time until the pH value is 3.5-4.5, adding a flocculating agent, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain metatitanic acid and secondary filtrate; and 3) adding an oxidizing agent into the secondary filtrate to react, neutralizing for the third time until the pH value is 6.0-7.0, adding a flocculating agent, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain iron oxyhydroxide and a third filtrate. According to the method disclosed by the invention, various resources in the titanium dioxide wastewater are completely recycled through step-by-step neutralization and control of the pH value in each step of neutralization, so that byproducts with relatively high value can be obtained, the original solid waste stacking problem can be solved, and the economic benefit can also be improved.
