Alkali-free and chlorine-free concrete accelerator based on magnesium carbonate trihydrate
The invention discloses an alkali-free concrete accelerator based on magnesium carbonate trihydrate, and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of accelerators. The accelerator component is magnesium carbonate trihydrate and accounts for 50-80% of the total amount of the accelerator, and the total doping amount of other raw materials is 20-50% of the total amount of the accelerator. The accelerator is free of alkalis and chlorine, and has little influence on the environment and personnel when in use; the accelerator has a remarkable coagulation accelerating effect at a lowmixing amount, the coagulation times of different cements can meet the accelerator using requirements of concrete in GB/T 35159-2017, the 28d compressive strength is increased by 26.7-33.0%, and the accelerator has good adaptability to different cements. Alkali-aggregate reaction and corrosion to reinforcing steel bars, caused by increase of the total alkali content, can be avoided. One of other auxiliary materials is a substance capable of reducing the concentration of calcium ions in a mixture solution, such as ground slag; and the other one is a carbonate substance used as a seed crystal, such as calcium carbonate, so that the compactness and durability of the concrete can be improved, the later strength of the concrete is improved, greenness and environmental protection are achieved, and the construction requirements of different environmental conditions are met.
一种基于三水碳酸镁的无碱混凝土速凝剂及使用方法,属于速凝剂技术领域。速凝剂成分为三水碳酸镁占速凝剂总量的50%‑80%,其他原料总掺量占速凝剂总量的范围为20%‑50%。本速凝剂无碱无氯,使用时对环境、人员影响较小;该速凝剂在较低掺量情况下,促凝效果显著,不同水泥的凝结时间均可满足GB/T 35159‑2017混凝土使用速凝剂要求,对28d抗压强度增26.7%‑33.0%,对不同水泥的适应性良好。可避免增加碱总含量而引起碱集料反应和对钢筋等产生锈蚀。此外,其他辅助材料之一为能降低拌和物溶液中的钙离子浓度的物质,如磨细矿渣等;另一种为作为晶种的碳酸盐物质,如碳酸钙等,可提高混凝土的密实性、耐久性性能,提高混凝土后期强度,绿色环保,满足不同环境条件的施工要求。
