Recycled pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a recycled pervious concrete. The recycled pervious concrete comprises 220-300 parts of cement, 100-150 parts of superfine waste concrete powder, 120 parts of water, 1330-1480parts of coarse aggregate, 80-100 parts of fine aggregate, 8 parts of a pervious concrete synergist and 0.5 part of a polypropylene fiber; and the coarse aggregate is waste concrete particles with theparticle size of 5-20 mm. A preparation method of the recycled pervious concrete comprises the following steps: sorting, crushing and screening the waste concrete; grinding the waste concrete particles with the particle size of 20-40 mm through a ball mill to obtain the superfine waste concrete powder; adding the cement, the prepared superfine waste concrete powder, the fine aggregate and the polypropylene fiber into a stirrer, and fully and uniformly stirring; adding water and the pervious concrete synergist, and stirring to form a uniform slurry; and adding the waste concrete particles withthe particle size of 5-20 mm into the slurry, and fully stirring. The recycled pervious concrete has the advantages of good compressive strength, low cost, environmental friendliness and energy saving. The invention belongs to the technical field of pervious concretes.
