The invention provides lightweight recycled aggregate pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight recycled aggregate pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-80 parts of rice hull ash, 200-400 parts of cement, 1100-1500 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 150-250 parts of shale ceramsite, 0-5 parts of super absorbent resin, 100-150parts of water, 5-15 parts of an additive and 5-15 parts of a reinforcing agent. The rice hull ash, the recycled aggregate and the like are utilized to solve the problem of ceramsite concrete layering caused by low ceramsite density, the pervious concrete with the density smaller than 1600kg/m<3> is prepared, the strength discreteness is low, and meanwhile, the porosity and the water-retaining property of the pervious concrete are increased by utilizing volume shrinkage formed in the water release process of the super absorbent resin.
