C30 underwater concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a C30 underwater concrete and a preparation method thereof. The C30 underwater concrete is prepared from following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 330 parts of cement,70 to 80 parts of fly ash and slag powder, 750 to 800 parts of sand, 950 to 1050 parts of broken stone, 150 to 200 parts of water, and 3.5 to 4.0 parts of a water reducer; wherein the weight ratio offly ash to slag powder is 1.0: 0.8-1.5. The preparation method comprise following steps: step one, mixing cement, fly ash, slag powder, water, and the water reducer according to a ratio to obtain mixed slurry; and step two, evenly mixing the mixed slurry obtained in the step one, sand, and broken stone to obtain the concrete. The invention provides a formula of an underground concrete. The concrete prepared according to the formula has a low bleeding property and large slump, and can meet the high requirements of underground application.
